In celebration, the TCCN international conference will be held at an auspicious time – Autumn in Kobe, Japan. It is a perfect season to witness the changing of the foliage colors, a metaphor of the changing trends in the philosophical and theoretical advances supporting “Technological Competency as Expression of Caring in Nursing.”
